2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the aeh365 platform is restricted to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

aeh365 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a flag from the platform's risk management systems. 3. Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of aeh365 services, including sports betting, casino games, and financial transactions, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current information.
3.1 Registration Information

Your real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time subject to the withdrawal processing rules set out above and any active wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds in your account.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
aeh365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who make a qualifying first deposit of ৳200 or more are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 14 calendar days of being credited, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited. 5.2 General Wagering Rules

5.3 Promotional Integrity
aeh365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error. Players who are found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

6.3 Casino Games and RNG
All casino games available on aeh365 — including slots, table games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generation provided by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and others). aeh365 has no ability to influence game outcomes. - Collusion: Coordinating with other players in real-money poker, live casino, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes, in a manner that disadvantages other players or exploits the house edge.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared devices or IP addresses in coordination, or employing any strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
- Hacking and System Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to aeh365 systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, intercept data, or reverse-engineer any part of the aeh365 platform.
aeh365 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is suspected. Player account information and transaction records may be shared with authorities pursuant to a lawful request without prior notice to the account holder.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Either party — the player or aeh365 — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
Players who wish to close their aeh365 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, aeh365 will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are completed and any active bets are settled. Real-money balances remaining in the account at closure will be returned to the player via the payment method on record. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure where wagering requirements have not been met.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by aeh365
aeh365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
- Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

- Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months.
Where an account is closed by aeh365 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any pending bonus funds and winnings directly associated with the breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player after investigation is complete.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. aeh365 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant account balances are preserved and remain accessible to the player upon reactivation. Reactivation requires successful identity verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aeh365 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the aeh365 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failure, platform outage, data feed error, or any other system disruption beyond aeh365's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Inaccuracies in odds, results, or game data caused by third-party data providers.
- Interruption or unavailability of the platform during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
- Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.
aeh365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability does not apply to claims arising from aeh365's fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, or to claims that cannot be limited under applicable law.
aeh365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of malicious components introduced by third parties. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Players use the platform at their own risk.
